Dutch 1.1 ready

Update: new version, which now *works* on Windows. I fell prey on the 
following bug in Mozilla:

The version number of messenger-mapi (only present on Windows) was 
"1.1.0" instead of "1.1" in the original file, giving me the (in)famous 
"(needs update)".

It now works ok (thanks Rob!).
