Dutch 1.1 ready

The Dutch localization for Mozilla 1.1 is ready. It's really just a quick
update, and I expect that there will come a new version (that's why I did
not yet make a full build).

The installer will download the l10n packages from
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.1/contrib-localized-builds,
if available, and otherwise from my homepage.
