Dear translators from the Netherlands,

please note, Segher has already started a Dutch translation.  It comes
with http://www.xiph.org/segher/i18n/vorbis-tools-0.99.1.3.1.tar.bz2.
IIRC, Segher wants to hand over the translation job to somebody else.
So just talk to each other to avoid duplicate work.
